Engineering & AI

Product Manager

Tel Aviv, Israel
On-site
Full-time
Compensation
Competitive base + equity, commensurate with experience
Reports to
Co-founder & Chief Product Officer

You turn what the founders and customers know into what engineering builds. As our first product hire, you own the roadmap, the specs, and the loop between design partners and the team, so product definition stops being a bottleneck. You partner closely with our clinical co-founder, and translate messy hospital reality into a product engineers can build without guessing.

What you'll own

  • The roadmap and the specs: what we build next, why, and what "done" means, grounded in design-partner reality.
  • The loop: sit in customer conversations, turn friction into clear requirements, and keep engineering unblocked.
  • Prioritization and tradeoffs across the inventory and audit-readiness wedge and the monitoring roadmap.
  • The product's coherence as it grows from a service-led motion into software.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years in product management shipping B2B or data-intensive software, ideally in healthcare, health IT, or another regulated domain. You are AI-native: you prototype with AI coding tools and agents, spec against real evals, and drive tight build-test-launch cycles with engineering.
  • You have owned a roadmap and written specs engineers could build from without over-interpreting.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and direct work with founders and customers. You make complex things decidable.
  • Enough technical fluency to earn engineering's trust and reason about data, models, and integrations.

Nice to have

  • Clinical, health-system, or clinical-informatics exposure.
  • Experience taking a product from a service-led, design-partner stage into repeatable software.
  • Familiarity with AI and ML product surfaces (monitoring, governance, risk).

About Grid Health

Grid Health is a venture-backed health-technology company on a mission to make it safe for healthcare to adopt AI. We build a clinical-AI governance platform that helps hospitals and health systems inventory, monitor, and govern every AI tool and model they deploy — giving governance committees the visibility and evidence they need to sign off with confidence. Our buyers are hospital CISOs, CIOs, CMIOs, and AI governance committees. US HQ in Boston; R&D hub in Tel Aviv.

How we hire

Four steps: a short screen, an executive conversation, a paid or credited working session on a real problem from our roadmap, and a final round with the team you'd work with. We don't believe in take-homes that go nowhere — every exercise is a real conversation about real work.
