General Application
The role
We hire ahead of the job description when someone is clearly right.
If you have read what we are building and you can name the thing you would own, we want to hear it. We are a founding team across Boston and Tel Aviv, and the roles that matter most in a year probably are not on this page yet.
What to send
- What you would own at Grid, in a paragraph.
- Why this problem, for you specifically.
- Evidence. Shipped work, a repository, a paper, or a number you moved.
Be specific. Naming the thing you would own beats a resume and a cover letter every time.
Why now
Hospitals are adopting AI faster than they can govern it. If that problem is the one you want to spend the next few years on, start the conversation.
About Grid Health
Grid Health is a venture-backed health-technology company on a mission to make it safe for healthcare to adopt AI. We build a clinical-AI governance platform that helps hospitals and health systems inventory, monitor, and govern every AI tool and model they deploy — giving governance committees the visibility and evidence they need to sign off with confidence. Our buyers are hospital CISOs, CIOs, CMIOs, and AI governance committees. US HQ in Boston; R&D hub in Tel Aviv.
How we hire
Four steps: a short screen, an executive conversation, a paid or credited working session on a real problem from our roadmap, and a final round with the team you'd work with. We don't believe in take-homes that go nowhere — every exercise is a real conversation about real work.
