The idea & objective
An independent lab and knowledge hub for the people responsible for making AI safe in healthcare.
Clinical AI is being deployed faster than anyone is governing it. The people accountable for that, Chief AI Officers, CISOs, CMIOs, and the clinicians on the floor, are making high-stakes decisions with little shared evidence and few neutral places to compare notes.
CHARGE exists to close that gap. We interview the leaders actually governing AI inside health systems, publish field research on what holds up in production, and maintain the working directory of healthcare Chief AI Officers. We report and convene. We do not sell.
No vendor pitches, no product placement. Findings stand on their own.
Evidence comes from live health-system practice, anonymized where needed.
Leader to leader. The audience is the field, not a buyer.
Any qualifying CAIO can join the directory or contribute.
CHARGE publishes independently. Grid Health, its incubator, builds an AI operations center health systems use to monitor models, detect drift, and govern AI in production.
